Embark on a fun journey with ‘Kids & Kin’ 4-week series

– a joyful experience crafted for children aged 3 to 6 and their adult companions.

Kids&Kin is a joyful space where kids and grown-ups move, play, and practice noticing feelings, calming minds, and connecting hearts.

The series stands on three pillars:

  • Emotional Regulation and Body Awareness: Delve into activities that foster emotional regulation and heighten body awareness.

  • Connection Within the Duet Child/Adult: Strengthen the bond between child and adult through a series of engaging games, and mindfulness practices. The class's flow is intentionally designed to be both fun and instructive.

  • Connection to Community: Extend your experience beyond the duet as you become a part of our welcoming community.

Kids&Kin integrates games, movements, storytelling, and mindfulness practices, cultivating a dynamic and playful atmosphere. Both child and adult will be taught valuable techniques to enhance emotional regulation and body awareness.

Post-class, a weekly follow-up email awaits, guiding you to easily incorporate the practices into your household. Discover techniques tailored for quiet time and bedtime routines, as well as those perfect for creating fun and gentle family moments.

Join us in creating memorable, bonding moments with your child while laying the groundwork for enduring emotional well-being within your family.

‘Kids & Kin’ is an inclusive space where anyone is welcome regardless of ethnicity, background, disabilities, orientation, or gender. We know that in our differences lay our strength, our intelligence, and our beauty as a community.
