    Designed for ages 3–7, older siblings welcome! 

    Kids&Kin is a joyful class where little ones and their grown-ups move, play, and explore feelings together. Through music, breath, yoga games, storytelling, and mindfulness, kids and caregivers explore the world of emotions and body awareness. No yoga experience needed and any caregiver is welcome! 40-minute workshop.
