Less than 7 days notice, fee retained to hold weekly time slot.
Teacher:
Any notice : Makeup lesson OR credit to next month
Scheduled breaks announced one month ahead at the latest, no charges during these periods.
Cancel monthly enrollment anytime by month-end.
No prorated refunds for mid-month cancellation.
